Understanding EN71

When we are talking about EN71 certification, what do you think of it?
When we are talking about CE&UKCA, what are they mean by?

CE and UKCA are the statements.
CE is ‘Conformité Européenne’ in French, means Comply with European requirements. The CE mark is applied to the product by the manufacturer or its agent itself. It represents only a statement from the person responsible for the product, telling the consumer that the product complies with the requirements of the relevant EU regulations and has completed the necessary conformity assessment procedures.
Brexit, so we need UKCA when the products are sold in UK.

When the toys, yes, only toys, are sold in EU and UK, need EN71 in EU and BS EN 71 in UK.
They are(EN71 and BS EN71) identical according to the testing rules.
What is toys? For whom, who are using or playing by the person under age 14.
In normal, we need EN71 -1/-2/-3, which are Physical& Mechanical Testing, Flammability Testing and Heavy Metal Testing.
